the problem is that no one can contact them to cancel the subscription and yes one can cancel their CC/DC ( I had to ) but who want to do that?
You guys need to read the small print when you buy something online. It says that the will charge you the full amount after your trile period. Just order it for 9.99 and cancel your debit/credit card:)
I ordered this product from Smoke Fifty-one only to find that when I received it, the product was faulty and does not work! I can not get a response from the company by e-mail or by phone. Buyer BEWARE !!! I will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU !
I’ve yet to get any response from smoke51. When I received my electronic cigarette it doesn’t work……. to anyone reading this BE AWARE ITS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM SMOKE FIFTY-ONE I will be reporting them to the better business bureau for sure!
I ordered this product from smoke fifty-one only to find when I received it, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried contacting the site by the 800 number only to get that I have to respond by e-mail. I’ve done that, twice now and have yet to get a response, they have till Monday and I will be reporting them. I only hope I can stop any further charges from the company.
I was not only charged the full 89.95 but also have been charged 29.95 for refills I did not authorize. My bank is investigating these charges. I had to cancel my debit card in order for them to no longer charge me. Legit or not it’s been a nightmare dealing with this company.
So have you been charged the full $80? I recieved mine in the mail the day after I called my credit card company to inform them that I had made a purchase from a scam website- they said that they would block any future charges from “EZ Smoker.” I’ve been using it for the last couple of days but plan on returning it.
Was your return address labeled only “smoke-51″? Mine gives a return address in FL, so I’ve been thinking it might be legit. I don’t know, I’m still a little nervous…
I tried this product with the free trial they are offering and got scammed. I called their phone number for a RMA to return it and got a recording to email return @ smoke 51. I got a response that gave me an address,no name (like smoke51) and no RMA number. If you read in their return procedures it states not to send items back without a RMA number, so I’ve tried everything ( phone calls, email) and get only a recording or a email not giving a RMA number.
Be careful with this company.

And I wish someone else WOULD sell their products — currently, you place an order, and it takes them about a week or more before they fill and ship the product. Whether this is because of lack of staffing, backlog of orders, not enough product — who knows? But it is frustrating. Great product, however.

If you want to contact smoke 51 Ill give you there personal Phone Number right to the man who says he pattens the filters, he claims there made in the US but Id like to know why it says on every box of cartridges made in china, if you need help call charly 1-786-262-8170 or Jessica 1-305-749-2676 they will take care of your complaints, all will be well, they pulled crap on me as well
