It lasts about as long as a cartridge does. About 6 – 10 cigarettes worth depending on how you smoke.
You can always go and buy a few extra if you would like. It is always a good idea to have spares. However an atomizer should last you at least 6 months if you take care of it.
You are safe to order within the USA, they are not taking peoples shipments or anything. However if you order from China there is that chance as customs is holding ecig orders if they find them.
As for a Marlboro flavor. I have not seen any ecig companies selling marlboro flavor. However I have been selling e-liquid off of my forum on Perfect Electronic Cigarette. I currently have Marlboro and Camel flavors.

They do not sell them but I have been making e-liquid in both of those flavors and selling it from the Perfect Electronic Cigarette forum. The chocolate is good and great to mix with other flavors. The grape on the other hand I do not like all the much.
When you use the ecig are you tilting it at a downward angle? Unlike a normal cig an ecig will work best at a downward angle since gravity will help the e-liquid go down toward the atomizer.
The Titan 510, Luci, And Blu are pretty much completely interchangeable.
No the liquid is held in there with batting. Even after you take the foil off you can tip it upside down and it will not drip out.
I cannot say for sure. I have only used a handful of them. I recently started making my own e-liquid and personally like it better than any other I have bought.
If you look on the Perfect Electronic Cigarette website and visit the forum, you will find a thread on there where I have been selling my e-liquid to my forum members. I have pretty cheap prices and over 50 flavors to choose from.
The only thing you really need to clean every now and again is the atomizer. Simply soak it in rubbing alchol, coca cola, or peroxide over night, rinse it under tap water, blow in the end the battery connects to, dry it off and let it sit for a little while to air dry.
