electronic cigarette alternative better for me?

i’ve heard that soaking snus in vegetable glycerin is a good alternative to buying cartridges for my electronic cigarette. I want to know if this is true and are there any health risks?

What Is the better choice of electronic cigarette – the greensmoke or the safe cig?

I am considering both as they seem to be excellent, easy to use and reliable, but I don’t know which to go with? Also wondering if there is a way to save money on either (ie. coupon code) which might help make my decision easier.

any info about why you would recommend one over the other would be appreciated.

Feeling better with my Electronic Cigarette.

 

I have been using my electronic cigarette for 30 days now and the benefits are clear. Many people stop me in the shopping mall and ask about my e-cigarette. Feels sometimes strange to get all this attention but I guess they are jealous that they cant smoke in the mall.

People seem to be very interested in the electronic cigarette these days, the word must be out. Personally I cant imagine every smoking a tobacco cigarette again. I have finally broken that nasty habit forever. I hardly smoke my e-cigarette much these days. I own the habit now not the other way around. In fact I now call it my super cigarette. I can see the difference in my skin; my face looks better and those nasty little wrinkles around the eyes are almost gone. It must be all those chemicals in the tobacco cigarettes.

I woke the other morning to find my chest feeling lighter than I can remember. Deep breathes are now a pleasure as there is no longer that wheeze that accompanies them.

I heard some stories that a few countries are banning the electronic cigarette until further notice. Why!!? The e-cigarette can help so many people. I am amazed at this. So many people die every year from tobacco cigarettes and now there is a possible way out for them and they want to ban it. Makes no sense to me, perhaps financial pressure from tobacco companies is to blame, who knows. What I do know is when something does not make sense but goes ahead anyway, well then there is something sinister going on.

I lowered my nicotine does last week, I am now on the low dosage. One could eventually end up without any nicotine in your electronic cigarette refills at all. I see that there are many flavours out now like cherry and apple which could be nice. There could be a concern if children get there hands on them. I know lots of kids that enjoy smoking shisha pipes, I am sure they will enjoy these although the social aspects of the shisha would be lost.

I think my electronic cigarette is the best thing since television remote controls and if I were you I would get mine rather sooner than later.
