Is the electronic cigarette really worth it?
At first glance it seems like a safe way to get your nicotine. But I started thinking about it and it seems to me that, yes you are inhaling water vapors. Do those water vapors get absorbed into your body or do they just collect in your lungs until you drown yourself?
The only thing I have been able to fine on the net is how it’s the safest cigarette and you can smoke anywhere. Nothing about if you can drown yourself.

Do you live in a humid climate? There is water vapor in the air you breath.
Your body is mostly made up with water already. Lungs can drain water and clean themselves to some extent although large amounts of liquid or contamination would cause problems.
Most ecig users use less than 3ml of liquid a day, spread over a day, so that’s not like inhaling 3ml all in one go. If it was you’d just choke it up I guess.
A close friend of mine switched to smoking these recently. After a few weeks he came down with pneumonia..Now I don’t no if there’s a major correlation between the two, but it seems possible. There must be SOMETHING wrong with these cigarettes!
This will not be an issue. Your lungs will actually feel better.
I am an Ecigarette smoker and no, you cannot drown yourself. There is nicotine and propylene glycol in the product so I’m sure it’s not the best thing in the world for you but there is no tar, smoke or carcinogens so it is a far better alternative than cigarettes. But I think the object should be to use them to get away from tobacco and ultimately quit the electronic cigarette as well. Not to replace one habit with another. They do ease the process quite a bit. It’s like a nicotine patch but with all the sensory satisfaction of a real cigarette.
There are a number of brands out there but I smoke NJOY which you can learn more about at http://www.njoycigarettes.com
You won’t be near to drowning
The only harmful substance in ecigs is the nicotine. And it’s more harmful than in regular cigarettes. On the other hand, you won’t get any tar, tobacco and other harmful stuff.
But you can also get nicotine free cartridges, this way it’s 100% safe. My friend has almost quit smoking using nicotine free ecigs. Well, at least reduced his smoking habit a lot.
