Can you recommend a good electronic cigarette?
I’d like a step-down program to help me quit smoking. It should be affordable, realistic to smoking a tobacco cigarette, i prefer menthol. If you have personal experience with ecigarettes and were successful in quitting, please let me know of your experiences.

Green Smoke. I’ve tried several brands now and they have the best quality by far. They are slightly higher than others (which I was a little reluctant to pay at first) but well worth it. Their brand is a 2 piece design and in the end you save money by not having to buy e liquid all the time AND the best part is your not using the same atomizer over and over. Believe me..they start looking horrible after using the same one over and over. As far as quitting with them?? I purchased them with that in mind but right now I feel really good about using them over tobacco cigs..that’s for sure. Seems I just have to break the habit of hand to mouth now.
