Does’nt really live up to its description (which made me buy it) No way does the cartridge last as long as stated in description. I am not a heavy smoker but used 2 cartridges the first day! and used it for a very short time and taking just a few drags. I also found I got a slight headache while using it. The fake smoke is very realistic but only if you exhale it straight away, if you inhale as you would a real cigarette then exhale,there is very little vapour if any. Because of this i cant see myself ordering any cartridge refills once i have used the ones supplied with the order, for the amount of use you get from one cartridge they are too expensive. The Nicorette Inhaler I tried in the past lasted me for quite a long time between cartridge change so I will probably return to that. Oh well, maybe one day there will be a good alternative until then I am just popping out to buy a packet of real cigarettes to make up for the dissapointment I have had with this one.
