I bought this item having read the review and a couple of days after delivery was still trying to get the thing to charge. Customer services got on to the case very quickly and it seems that sometimes there is a dud battery. So this has been replaced with a couple of complimentary cartridges and all works fine now. Dud battery being returned.

After trying many electronic cigarettes I tried the pep Cigarette and found it was the first one that really worked. Others in the past I had tried would leak nicotine, never lasted the amount of cigarettes that it stated had very small amounts of smoke produced and just generally didn’t really work. The PeP cigarette is the first one I have tried that really does simulate smoking, within 4 weeks of purchasing this product I now only smoke this product when I am drinking from a 30 a day cigarette smoker for the past 15 years. I bought this product with an open mind and was pleased to find how well it worked after looking into Electric Cigarettes on The Web. I received this product within 2 days and was contacted by phone to find out if it was working ok.
I am very impressed with it’s performance and have reduced my smoking and have noticed that my chest feels alot better when using The PeP Electric Cigarette. I can’t recommend this product enough if like me you are concerned about your health being a smoker and think this is a good alternative. I do hope this product becomes more widely available to the general public.

After having been a avid electronic cigarette users for about 4 months the initial cheaper electronic cigarette I purchased stopped working, I decided after contacting the old supplier and told they only offered a 28 days warranty to try a more expensive electronic cigarette and went with the PeP Cigarette. I received the next working day and to my delight it worked better than my previous one. Better smoke volume and a general better sensation. After 28 days of having the product I received a call from the customer service team just to check all was ok with the product and to assure me that the product was guaranteed for a year if there was any problems to contact them. From my perspective I wished I had spent that little extra in the first instance to give me the peace mind of only having to purchase one electronic cigarette a year as I would of probably saved money in the long run by investing a little extra in the first place.

Recently purchased this electronic cigarette and it is an absolute delight. I have completly given up smoking within 6 weeks and now my wife wants to give it a go to see if she can quit would recommend to anyone.
