I have tried quitting my 40 a day smoking habit several times and each time I returned to smoking very quickly. I have tried Nicotine Replacement Therapy in the form of patches, lozenges, gum, an inhalator and even going cold turkey and not one of the above methods worked for me. I was bad tempered and very unhappy using each of the above NRT methods and worst of all – each time I gave up smoking I put on weight – not good!
