Had several teething problems such as battery difficulties and poor vapour production however overcame this after a decent battery charge over night. Product arrived with all parts pictured present and well packaged although an instruction manual was not included.
I discovered that this product worked best when the battery was not fully tightened, but ever so slightly loose.
Battery life is quite poor (about 60-80 drags hence 4 star rating)
Cartridges are extremly easy to refill with e-liquid after use.
Overall, a very good product and definatly worth the money!
