Well i`m not a heavy smoker, but this product don`t even meets my needs ! I dont know how it can be equivalent of 160 srong cigarettes if one cartridge lasts for about 30 very light puffs.It doesn`t give a lot of vapour and nicotine content in those cartridges is very low. I think its better to spend a bit more and try other products
